Strings these days are becoming more and more expensive which makes it hard for musicians to keep their instruments in mint condition. Many of us don't replace our strings when they need it simply because good new strings are just so expensive. However, here at Animato we have found a cheaper alternative that includes the beautiful desired tone we are all searching for.
These strings are called 'Maestro Strings', our very own product. We are so pleased with the quality and sound of these strings we would like all musicians to know about them.
To give you an idea of the quality of the strings we conducted a comparison between our Maestro Strings and the very popular but expensive Evah Pirazzi. Playing on a Jay Hyde violin we tested both sets of strings for dynamic range, optimal left hand feeling and response, projection, and both warm and brilliant tone qualities. We were very surprised and pleased with the similarities between the two brands. The only change we would suggest for more mature/professional violin players is to use a Lenzner Goldbrokat E string. The Maestro E creates a lovely bright tone and functions perfectly, but to achieve the ultimate sound across the instrument the Goldbrokat E compliments the other three strings quite nicely.
There may be close similarities with the sound of the strings, but when it comes to the price they couldn't be more different. A set of Evah Pirazzi Strings for violin would cost you $169.20. A set of our Maestro Strings is only $39.95 meaning you could own FOUR sets for the price of one Evah Pirazzi set. If you wanted the ultimate sounding E string the Lenzner Goldbrokat E string is only $5.50 and come in both loop and ball end. Maestro strings also cater for viola and cello players. A Maestro set for viola is only $59.95 in comparison to Evah Pirazzi $226.55 and Maestro cello sets are only $89.95.
We would love for everyone to try and experience the beautiful sound of Maestro strings and for such a fantastic price.
Happy Playing,
Amy Brookman
