Tom has emerged as Animato's 'Sound Optimiser' and David has emerged as Animato's 'Miracle Repairer'. He repairs instruments that other experts don't want to touch, and David has, so far, always succeeded. Kendall does perfect set ups and delivers quick emergency repairs.
