Your credit card will only be charged at the time the goods are dispatched unless other terms were discussed. Our secure sever warrants a high encryption of data, so that your details are secure.

Orders are processed on a daily basis and shipped within 24 hours when items are in stock. Whilst we try to despatch goods within 24 hours of ordering, delivery times may vary due to conditions beyond Animato's control.

We usually dispatch via Express Post for orders in Australia outside of South East Queensland.

All freight is calculated at time of dispatch. All orders are despatched so as to reach their destination as safely and quickly as possible.
